Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how LetsLose Weight Loss & Wellness collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit letslose.com, use our online store, communicate with us, or purchase Lipo Tabs, Chroma Plus, or Clynze Pure. It applies to retail website and store activity. Separate privacy notices or consents may apply to clinical, patient, or healthcare services.

1. Personal information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact and identity information, such as name, email address, telephone number, billing address, and shipping address.

  • Order and transaction information, such as products purchased, order history, returns or replacement requests, discounts, tax and shipping details, and payment status. Payment-card details are processed by Shopify and payment providers; we generally receive only limited payment information such as card type, last digits, and transaction status.

  • Account information, such as login credentials, preferences, and saved addresses if you create an account.

  • Communications and content, such as emails, customer-service requests, reviews, survey responses, photographs submitted for damage claims, and marketing preferences.

  • Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, interactions, and shopping-cart activity.

  • Information from service providers and partners, such as Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, fraud-prevention providers, analytics services, advertising platforms, and social networks, consistent with your settings and applicable law.

2. How we use personal information

  • Process payments, fulfill and ship orders, provide receipts, and administer refunds or replacements.

  • Provide customer service and communicate about orders, products, security, or policy updates.

  • Create and manage customer accounts and remember preferences.

  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, security incidents, abuse, and unlawful activity.

  • Operate, troubleshoot, analyze, personalize, and improve the Site, store, products, and marketing.

  • Send marketing communications when permitted; you may unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in the message. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts when applicable. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase.

  • Comply with law, tax and accounting duties, lawful requests, and enforce our agreements and policies.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate checkout and account features, remember preferences, measure Site performance, prevent fraud, understand activity, and—where enabled—support advertising and personalization. Your browser and our cookie banner may provide controls. Blocking necessary cookies can impair store functions. Where required, we obtain consent before using nonessential technologies.

4. How we disclose personal information

We may disclose personal information as reasonably necessary to:

  • Shopify and related commerce, hosting, payment, checkout, security, and support providers.

  • Payment processors, banks, fraud-prevention providers, USPS and other shipping or fulfillment providers.

  • Technology, analytics, communications, customer-support, professional, and marketing service providers acting for us.

  • Advertising and social-media partners when enabled and permitted by your choices and applicable law.

  • Government authorities, courts, law enforcement, regulators, or other parties when required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, and legal interests.

  • A buyer, successor, lender, adviser, or other participant in a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer involving all or part of our business.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define certain advertising-related disclosures as a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising even when no money changes hands. Where those laws apply, we provide the required choice or opt-out mechanism.

5. Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes personal information to provide commerce services and may process information for its own permitted purposes. Shopify’s handling of information is described in its consumer privacy policy and applicable notices. Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, subject to appropriate legal safeguards.

6. Healthcare and sensitive information

The retail store is not intended for submitting medical records, diagnoses, treatment details, or other sensitive health information. A retail purchase by itself does not create a patient relationship. If you are a LetsLose patient or program participant, healthcare or service information may be governed by separate notices, consents, portals, and applicable health-privacy requirements. Do not place sensitive health information in an order note, product review, or ordinary email.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including completing transactions, supporting customers, maintaining business and tax records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and legal requirements. We may delete or deidentify information when it is no longer reasonably needed.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

9. Your privacy choices and rights

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails, opt out of marketing texts, adjust browser or cookie settings, and update certain account information. Depending on your state of residence and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information; to opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising; or to appeal a decision regarding a privacy request. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

To submit a request, email hello@letslose.com or call 205-670-5355. State that you are making a privacy request and identify the right you wish to exercise. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request where allowed by law, but we may request proof of authorization.

10. Children’s privacy

The retail Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

11. Third-party links

The Site may link to websites or services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, services, or business practices. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required.
